I just wanted to pass on our thanks for the survey, catch-up after and obviously the report.

It was great to have chance to speak to you and have the opportunity to ask a few questions after you’d been - a very pleasant change from the faceless survey we had when we bought our current house six years back - lovely touch, makes a big difference and really appreciated. We had the electrics checked this morning and negotiated with the vendor to cover some of the cost of works needed (it does indeed need a re-wire).
